The TITLE Wave H2O Monsoon Heavy Bags deliver the most intense, realistic and technologically advanced training experience available.  Equipped with an innovative high-frequency TPU urethane bladder that is engineered for intense training, heavy impact and extended punishment.  The industrial strength bladder is fortified with four 1/8” thick twin-ply seatbelt nylon security straps with steel D-rings for amazing support.  The outer shell is constructed of heavy-duty stretch nylon with a sponge rubber foam inset to provide a professional and comfortable training experience for all skill levels.  The unique water filled bladder design allows more natural punches and strikes, alleviating stress on the wrists, elbows, shoulders and joints.  The H2O water filling helps keep the bag more stable during training, significantly reducing swinging or excess movement during workouts. Water filled resistance helps build stronger punches, increased power and peak stamina.
